Shohini Ghosh

Shohini believes every individual has a unique journey, thus offering a comfortable space for the client to tell their story in her sessions.

She believes deeply in the power of the therapist-client relationship, aiming to create an empowering space where clients feel seen and heard.

Driven by this passion for mental health advocacy, she completed her Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia.

Her work focuses on navigating issues related to self-esteem, emotional regulation, personality, workplace/academic stress, interpersonal relationships, grief and loss, anxiety, family dynamics, trauma, and body image.

The route she takes in counselling is collaborative and inclusive, “We’ll find a path together.” As a queer-identifying therapist, she is passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and welcoming clients just as they are.

On her off days, you’ll find Shohini enjoying a cup of coffee with her grandmother—a simple ritual that lifts her spirits.
