She has 2 years of practical experience (900+ hours of therapy) and specializes in psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

She firmly believes in utilizing a collaborative, client-centered approach while carefully considering cultural considerations and practices.

She speaks English, Malayalam and Tamil. Her work aims to support people in developing psychological flexibility, achieving their full potential, and becoming capable of dealing with and accepting challenging circumstances independently.

She believes that recognizing you require guidance in a particular area of your life may be challenging, but reaching out to an unbiased, empathic, and non-judgmental psychologist who will create a safe space for you to flourish should not be.
